Summary:In order to control radio access network (RAN) traffic in a radio communication system, the present invention obtains one of information on user equipment (UE), information on a user subscription class, and information on an application or content type, determines whether a congestion situation occurs in the RAN, and controls UE traffic on the basis of the obtained information if the congestion situation occurs. De manière à réguler un trafic de réseau d'accès radio (RAN) dans un système de radiocommunication, la présente invention obtient des informations d'un type parmi des informations sur un équipement utilisateur (UE), des informations sur une classe d'abonnement d'utilisateur et des informations sur un type d'application ou de contenu, détermine si une situation de congestion survient dans le RAN, et régule du trafic d'UE sur la base des informations obtenues si la situation de congestion survient.
