Summary:Embodiments of an improved sensor for dielectrophoretic cytometry are presented. In one embodiment, the sensor includes a plurality of sensor electrodes as well as an actuation electrode. Embodiments of microfluidic systems incorporating such sensor are also described. Additionally, embodiments of methods or performing cytometry analysis are also presented. Certains modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un capteur perfectionné destiné à une cytométrie diélectrophorétique. Dans un mode de réalisation, le capteur comprend une pluralité d'électrodes de capteur et une électrode d'activation. D'autres modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des systèmes microfluidiques intégrant un tel capteur. De plus, certains modes de réalisation concernent des procédés de réalisation d'une analyse de cytométrie.
