La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de composites d'inclusion médicament/excipient impliquant de broyer simultanément les poudres de médicament et d'excipient mélangées dans un broyeur à jet de fluide et, notamment, dans un broyeur utilisant de l'air ou de l'azote en tant que fluide, ledit broyeur ayant été convenablement modifié pour permettre la fusion mécanique desdites poudres.
