Summary: | A global-positioning-system-based quantitative analysis and evaluation method for primary frequency modulation performance of a regional power grid. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, reading generator set data subject to time tick by the global positioning system and establishing the function of regional power grid parameters through a generator set regulation and control system or a power grid wide area detection system; step 2, setting an effective frequency disturbance criterion and quantitatively analyzing the primary frequency modulation performance of the regional power grid based on a frequency disturbance process; step 3, establishing evaluation indexes for the primary frequency modulation performance of the regional power grid; and step 4, constructing an evaluation method, evaluating the primary frequency modulation performance of the regional power grid and publishing an evaluation result. The method overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art, quantitative and accurate analysis and |
