Summary:In order to assist in a cesarean section delivery of a human fetus, an elongated, flexible member having a pocket centrally located is used by the surgeon by placing it under the head of the fetus. The ends of the planar member remain outside of uterus and are pulled in order to help the surgeon guide and dislodge the head of the fetus and to position the fetus so that the head can be flexed through the uterine incision and the fetus delivered. Pour aider un accouchement par césarienne d'un foetus humain, un élément flexible, allongé, ayant une poche située de façon centrale est utilisé par le chirurgien par mise en place de celui-ci sous la tête du foetus. Les extrémités de l'élément plan restent à l'extérieur de l'utérus et sont tirées de façon à aider le chirurgien à guider et déplacer la tête du foetus et à positionner le foetus de telle sorte que la tête peut être fléchie à travers l'incision utérine et le foetus accouché.
