The present invention relates to a reinforced rubber composition containing at least one diene elastomer, a reinforcing filler primarily including an inorganic reinforcing filler, a coupling agent, and 15 to 50 pce of a hydroxyalkylated polysaccharide. The hydroxyalkylated polysaccharide is preferably cellulose, and more preferably hydroxyethyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl cellulose. La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc renforcée à base d'au moins au moins un élastomère diénique, une charge renforçante comprenant majoritairement une charge inorganique renforçante, un agent de couplage et 15 à 50 pce d'un polysaccharide hydroxyalkylé. Le polysaccharide hydroxyalkylé est préférentiellement une cellulose, encore plus préférentiellement l'hydroxyéthylcellulose ou l'hydroxypropylcellulose.
