L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination du niveau de corrosion qui s'est produit sur la surface d'une unité de traitement en mesurant la corrosion avec un détecteur de corrosion et en mesurant au moins un paramètre à l'intérieur de l'unité de traitement. La corrosion sur les surfaces internes d'une unité de traitement peut ensuite être déterminée.
