La présente invention concerne une brosse à dents ionique, comportant une tête dans laquelle sont implantées des soies comprenant des âmes conductrices d'électricité et des gaines non conductrices d'électricité qui recouvrent les surfaces périphériques des âmes, et un manche s'étendant jusqu'à la tête ; les âmes étant connectées à un bloc d'alimentation, des premières électrodes où les âmes sont exposées en étant formées dans les extrémités des soies, et des secondes électrodes connectées au bloc d'alimentation étant formées exposées dans le manche.
