Summary:The invention relates to a device (100) for the electrostatic destabilization of pressurized conductive and non-conductive fluid emulsions L1, L2 in a sealed system, in which the emulsion separation is caused by the process of electrocoalescence, that is highly efficient and used industrially. The device (100) includes a separation vessel (1), a feed vessel (32) for feeding the fluids L1 and L2 into the vessel (1) and gases to pressurize said vessel (1), an agitator (51) for emulsifying the fluids L1 and L2, the vessel (1) being kept sealed by threaded connections (35, 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d, 35e) that fit the top covers (20) and (9) of the vessel (1). The testing method for determining the electrostatic stability of fluid emulsions L1 and L2 using the device (100) is also described. L'invention concerne un équipement (100) pour la déstabilisation électrostatique d'émulsions de fluides L1 conducteur et L2 non conducteur sous pression dans un système étanche, la séparation de l'émulsion étant réalisée au moyen d'un procédé d'électro-coalescence à rendement élevé utilisé industriellement. L'équipement (100) comprend une cuve de séparation (1), une cuve d'alimentation (32) pour alimenter la cuve (1) en fluides L1 et L2 et en gaz en vue de la mise sous pression de ladite cuve (1), un agitateur (51) pour émulsionner les fluides L1 et L2, la cuve (1) étant maintenue étanche par des raccords filetés (35, 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d, 35e) adaptés aux couvercles supérieurs (20) et (9) de la cuve (1). L'invention concerne également le procédé de test pour évaluer la stabilité électrostatique de fluides L1 et L2 à l'aide de l'équipement (100). É descrito um equipamento (100) para desestabilização eletrostática de emulsões de fluidos L1 condutor e L2 não condutor sob pressão em sistema hermético, onde a separação da emulsão ocorre pelo processo de eletrocoalescência, de elevada eficiência e utilizado industrialmente. O equipamento (100) compreende um vaso de separação (1 ), um vaso de alimentação (32) para alimentar os fluidos L1 e L2 ao vaso (1 ) e gases para pressurização do dito vaso (1), um agitador (51 ) para emulsionar os fluidos L1 e L2, o vaso (1 ) sendo mantido hermético por conexões roscadas (35, 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d, 35e) adaptadas às tampas superior (20) e (9) do vaso (1 ). O método de teste para avaliar a estabilidade eletrostática de emulsões de fluidos L1 e L2 com auxílio do equipamento (100) também é descrito.
