The purpose to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a technique for the inexpensive mass production of a cell culture vessel that enables the mass culture of cells while keeping the cells in a steadily detachable state. The present invention is a method for producing a cell culture vessel which is provided with a vessel part having such a structure that a cell support film is fixed onto an inner wall surface of a closed inner chamber in the vessel part and which is suitable for mass culture, said method comprising: cutting a long cell support film to produce a sheet-like cell support film; fixing the film onto a first member having an opened structure; and then bonding the first member to another member. L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une technique pour la production en masse peu coûteuse d'un récipient de culture cellulaire qui permet la culture en masse de cellules tout en conservant les cellules dans un état facilement détachable. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un récipient de culture cellulaire qui est doté d'une partie de récipient ayant une structure telle qu'un film de support cellulaire est fixé sur une surface de paroi interne d'une chambre interne fermée dans la partie de récipient et est approprié pour la culture en masse, ledit procédé comprenant : la découpe d'un long film de support cellulaire pour produire un film de support cellulaire de type feuillet ; la fixation du film sur un premier élément ayant une structure ouverte ; puis la liaison du premier élément à un autre élément.
