Summary:The present invention relates to bispecific and other multi-specific antibodies and methods for purifying said antibodies. In certain aspects, the invention relates to bispecific antibodies, wherein at least one of the domains is camelid-derived. The bispecific antibodies of the invention are capable of targeting two distinct, non-overlapping epitopes on the same antigen or different antigens. La présente invention concerne des anticorps bispécifiques et autres anticorps multi-spécifiques ainsi que des méthodes de purification desdits anticorps. Selon certains aspects, l'invention concerne des anticorps bispécifiques, au moins un des domaines présents à l'intérieur de ceux-ci étant dérivé d'anticorps de camélidés. Les anticorps bispécifiques selon l'invention sont capables de cibler deux épitopes distincts, qui ne se chevauchent pas, sur le même antigène ou des antigènes différents.
