The present invention relates to a process for preparing a nanocomposite comprising a polyolefin composition and at least 0.001 % by weight of nanoparticles, wherein the nanoparticles are selected from carbon nanoparticles, silicon nanoparticles, or SiC nanoparticles, relative to the total weight of the nanocomposite, said process comprising the steps of: (a) mixing the nanoparticles, the polyolefin composition and a dispersant; and (b) subsequently removing the dispersant to obtain the nanocomposite; wherein the dispersant comprises supercritical C02. Cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un nanocomposite comprenant une composition polyoléfinique et au moins 0,001 % en poids de nanoparticules, par rapport au poids total du nanocomposite, lesdites nanoparticules étant choisies parmi les nanoparticules de carbone, les nanoparticules de silicium, ou les nanoparticules SiC. Plus particulièrement, cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un nanocomposite comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) mélange des nanoparticules, de la composition polyoléfinique et d'un dispersant ; (b) élimination ultérieure du dispersant pour obtenir le nanocomposite, ledit dispersant comprenant le CO2 supercritique.
