The present teachings generally relate to electric bicycles having batteries integrated into a bicycle frame and configured to be electrically connected to an electronics housing in a particular manner. The present teachings also relate to other aspects of an electric bicycle, including a novel front rack and accessory mounting system. Figs. 1-2 schematically depict an electric bicycle, generally indicated at (10), according to aspects of the present teachings. Bicycle (10) includes a frame, generally indicated at (12), having various tubes that are joined together by any of a number of standard methods known in the art, such as welding, brazing, molding and/or the like.
