La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif permettant de traiter une cible, telle que le nettoyage d'une fenêtre. Le dispositif comprend une poignée et une tête, montées de manière à pouvoir pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre. Lorsque la tête est placée de manière à pouvoir être en contact et coulisser avec la surface cible, la poignée peut pivoter par rapport à la tête pour la commodité ergonomique de l'utilisateur.
