La présente invention concerne un agoniste de TLR et un anticorps qui se lie à un antigène tel qu'un antigène ß amyloïde pour une utilisation dans la stimulation d'une réponse immunitaire à l'antigène chez un individu. L'agoniste de TLR peut être administré en même temps que l'anticorps, moins de 48 heures avant l'anticorps ou après l'anticorps. Les compositions et les procédés proposés sont utiles pour la prévention ou le traitement de la maladie d'Alzheimer.
