Once activated, the device utilizes the contact information and connects to the business to facilitate communication between the business and a consumer who activates the device. The speaker and microphone allow the user to communicate and relay information through the communication device. The device may further contain a means to collect payment information and transmit that information to the business entity for automatic billing. L'invention concerne un dispositif de communication permettant de contacter une entreprise. Le dispositif peut être un dispositif de communication autonome qui est capable de se connecter à une entreprise sur un réseau sans fil. Le dispositif comprend un microphone, un haut-parleur, une commande unique pour activer le dispositif, et des informations de contact relatives à une entreprise. Une fois activé, le dispositif utilise les informations de contact et se connecte à l'entreprise pour faciliter une communication entre l'entreprise et un consommateur qui active le dispositif. Le haut-parleur et le microphone permettent à l'utilisateur de communiquer et de relayer des informations par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de communication. Le dispositif peut en outre contenir un moyen permettant de collecter des informations de paiement et de transmettre ces informations à l'entreprise pour une facturation automatique.
