Provided is a disposable article of clothing wherein elastic waist members can be arranged so as to not substantially intersect with an absorbent core, without cutting or eliminating part of said elastic waist members. The elastic waist members (28, 35) are arranged in a first waist area, which is either a front waist area (13) or a rear waist area (14), and have: upper-rear elastic waist members (28, 35) extending linearly along the outer edge of the first waist area; and lower elastic waist members (31, 37) positioned on the inner edge-side of the first waist area (13). The lower elastic waist members (31, 37) have center sections (31B, 37B) that curve outward towards the outside in the vertical direction (Y) at the center section of the first waist area in the horizontal direction (X), and the lower elastic waist members (31, 37) and the absorbent core (45) do not intersect. La présente invention concerne un vêtement jetable dans lequel des éléments taille élastiques sont agencés de manière à ne pas substantiellement croiser un coeur absorbant, sans couper ou éliminer de partie desdits éléments taille élastiques. Les éléments taille élastiques (28, 35) sont disposés dans une première zone de taille, qui est soit une zone de taille avant (13) soit une zone de taille arrière (14), et ont : des éléments taille élastiques arrière supérieurs (28, 35) s'étendant linéairement le long du bord central de la première zone de taille ; et des éléments taille élastiques inférieurs (31, 37) positionnés sur le côté du bord intérieur de la première zone de taille (13). Les éléments taille élastiques inférieurs (31, 37) ont des sections centrales (31B, 37B) qui s'incurvent en direction de l'extérieur dans la direction verticale (Y) au niveau de la section centrale de la première zone de taille dans la direction horizontale (X), et les éléments taille élastiques inférieurs (31, 37) et le coeur absorbant (45) ne se croisent pas.
