Summary:In a heating cooking device (100), a mechanical chamber (3) is provided adjacent to a heating chamber (2) which houses a food product. An air supply port (7) is provided in a partition wall (9) that separates the heating chamber (2) and the mechanical chamber (3). An air supply fan (15) is provided in the mechanical chamber (3), and supplies air to the heating chamber (2) via the air supply port (7). An air supply damper (30) is provided in the mechanical chamber (3), and opens/closes the air supply port (7). A control unit (21) drives the air supply fan (15) and opens the air supply damper (30) during heating of the food product by means of high-frequency waves. The control unit (21) closes the air supply damper (30) immediately before, immediately after, or at the same time as the heating of the food product by means of high-frequency waves is completed. Le dispositif de cuisson chauffant (100) selon l'invention comprend un compartiment mécanique (3) adjacent à un compartiment chauffant (2) qui loge un produit alimentaire. Un orifice d'alimentation en air (7) est ménagé dans une paroi de séparation (9) qui sépare le compartiment chauffant (2) et le compartiment mécanique (3). Un ventilateur d'alimentation en air (15) est placé dans le compartiment mécanique (3) et fournit de l'air au compartiment chauffant (2) via l'orifice d'alimentation en air (7). Un clapet d'alimentation en air (30) placé dans le compartiment mécanique (3) ouvre /ferme l'orifice d'alimentation en air (7). Une unité de commande (21) commande le ventilateur d'alimentation en air (15) et ouvre le clapet d'alimentation en air (30) pendant le chauffage du produit alimentaire au moyen d'ondes haute fréquence. L'unité de commande (21) ferme le clapet d'alimentation en air (30) une fois terminé le chauffage du produit alimentaire au moyen d'ondes haute fréquence.
