The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a lithium-ion secondary battery electrolyte and a lithium-ion secondary battery using the same which minimizes short-circuiting for a lithium-ion secondary battery while improving storage life under high-temperature environment. To solve the problem, an electrolyte is used, which includes as additive agents a material for minimizing the occurrence of hydrofluoric acid in the electrolyte and a material for minimizing the deposition of transition metal ion in the electrolyte. L'invention a pour objet de fournir un électrolyte de batterie secondaire au lithium-ion et une batterie secondaire lithium-ion qui l'utilise qui minimise le court-circuitage d'une batterie secondaire au lithium-ion tout en améliorant la durée de conservation dans un environnement à haute température. Pour ce faire, un électrolyte est utilisé qui comprend en tant qu'agents additifs un matériau permettant de minimiser l'apparition d'acide fluorhydrique dans l'électrolyte et un matériau permettant de minimiser le dépôt d'ions de métal de transition dans l'électrolyte.
