A film transfer printing method, employing the following processes: printing transparent ink and color ink directly onto a transparent PVC film (1) by using a gravure reverse printing method to form a two-layer transfer printing film having a PVC substrate layer and a printed layer (2); forming the printed transfer printing film on a vacuum forming machine (4); disposing the formed transfer printing film on the inner wall of a mold cavity of a mold (6), injecting a printing material (7), and completing the transfer printing of a product during the material forming process. The finished product obtained by the method has an exquisite printing pattern, and the image layer will not peel off; and with a simple structure, the transfer printing film does not pollute the environment, thus saving product costs.
