Summary:A lubricating grease composition for extreme pressure applications requiring extended lubrication intervals comprises a major amount of a lubricating base oil; a lithium complex thickener; and a polar compound selected from the group consisting of a rust inhibitor, a non-ionic surfactant, and mixtures thereof; wherein the concentration of the polar compound in the lubricating grease composition is no more than 0.5 wt. %, based on the total weight of the lubricating grease composition. L'invention concerne une composition de graisse lubrifiante pour des applications extrême pression nécessitant des intervalles de lubrification prolongés qui comprend une quantité importante d'huile de base lubrifiante; un agent épaississant complexe de lithium; et un composé polaire sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'un inhibiteur de rouille, un tensioactif non ionique, et des mélanges de ceux-ci; la concentration de composé polaire dans la composition de graisse lubrifiante étant inférieure ou égale à 0,5 % en poids, sur la base du poids total de la composition de graisse lubrifiante.
