The present invention relates inter alia to an electronic device, preferably a thin film transistor (TFT) comprising layers with n-type and p-type semi conducting materials, wherein the p-type layer comprises at least one organic hole transport material. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of the electronic device according to the invention in an electronic equipment selected from an RFID and backplanes for a display, electronic book and electronic paper, and an electronic equipment comprising an electronic device according to the invention. La présente invention concerne entre autres un dispositif électronique, de préférence un transistor à couche mince (TFT) comprenant des couches comportant des matériaux semi-conducteurs de type n et de type p, la couche de type p comprenant au moins un matériau organique de transport de trou. En outre, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation du dispositif électronique selon l'invention dans un équipement électronique sélectionné parmi un RFID et des panneaux arrière pour un écran, un livre électronique et un papier électronique, et un équipement électronique comprenant un dispositif électronique selon l'invention.
