Provided is a service server device capable of achieving a service that enables face-to-face dialog, using existing applications. The service server device comprises: a service startup unit that receives instructions for executing tasks during communications; a telephone/call control unit that records call speech of speakers during communications between speech communication terminal devices; a speech recognition enabler that executes tasks on the basis of recorded call speech, if an instruction has been received; a text translation enabler; a speech synthesis enabler; and a communications control enabler that provides task data obtained as a result of tasks having been executed, to the speech communication terminal devices. Task data is used as text data being call speech converted to text, translated text data being text data translated to another language, and speech data being translated text data converted to speech. L'invention concerne un dispositif serveur de services capable de produire un service qui active le dialogue face à face, en utilisant des applications existantes. Le dispositif serveur de services comprend : une unité de démarrage de services qui reçoit des instructions d'exécuter certaines tâches durant la communication ; une unité de commande de téléphone/appel qui enregistre la parole d'appel des interlocuteurs durant la communication entre dispositifs terminaux de communication vocale ; une unité d'activation de reconnaissance vocale qui exécute des tâches d'après la parole d'appel enregistrée, si une instruction a été reçue ; une unité d'activation de traduction de texte ; une unité d'activation de synthèse vocale ; et une unité d'activation de commande de communication qui envoie les données de tâche obtenues en tant que résultat des tâches qui ont été exécutées, aux dispositifs terminaux de communication vocale. Les données de tâche sont utilisées en tant que données textuelles qui sont de la voix d'appel convertie en texte, en tant que données textuelles traduites qui sont des données textuelles traduites dans une autre langue, et en tant que données vocales qui sont des données textuelles traduites converties en parole.
