Summary:Provided is a novel metal complex having strong antitumor activity that is effective at a lower dose, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the metal complex. A novel metal complex having optically active N-(2-picolinoyl)spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine represented by the following general formula (A) as a ligand and a malignant tumor treatment agent containing this complex as an active ingredient are provided. L'invention porte sur un nouveau complexe métallique ayant une forte activité antitumorale qui est efficace à une plus faible dose et sur une composition pharmaceutique contenant le complexe métallique. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur un nouveau complexe métallique comprenant de la N-(2-picolinoyl)spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine optiquement active représentée par la formule générale (A) suivante comme ligand et sur un agent de traitement de tumeur maligne contenant ce complexe comme principe actif.
