The present invention relates to a system for determining the position of a wheel of a vehicle including a first wheel and a second wheel respectively installed at the left and the right thereof, and more particularly, to a system for determining the position of a wheel of a vehicle, which comprises: a first gyroscope and a second gyroscope, which are installed so as to correspond to said first wheel and said second wheel, respectively, and which have angular speeds along the Y-axis which are oppositely negative and positive when said vehicle moves either forward or backward; and a control unit for determining the left and right positions of said first wheel and said second wheel on the basis of information on said vehicle's forward and backward movement and on the basis of angular speed information of said first gyroscope and said second gyroscope. Through said first gyroscope and said second gyroscope, the left and right installed positions of the vehicle's wheels may be correctly obtained. If a two-axis gyroscope is installed at all four wheels of said vehicle, said left and right positions as well as the front and rear positions may be obtained, and the entire structure is thereby simplified. La présente invention concerne un système de détermination de la position de la roue d'un véhicule comprenant une première roue et une seconde roue respectivement installées sur la gauche et sur la droite dudit véhicule. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un système de détermination de la position de la roue d'un véhicule, comprenant : un premier gyroscope et un second gyroscope installés de façon à correspondre respectivement à ladite première roue et à ladite seconde roue, et dont les vitesses angulaires le long de l'axe des Y sont négative et positive de manière opposée quand le véhicule se déplace vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière ; et une unité de commande pour déterminer les positions gauche et droite de ladite première roue et de ladite seconde roue sur la base d'informations concernant le déplacement avant ou arrière dudit véhicule, et sur la base d'informations concernant la vitesse angulaire dudit premier gyroscope et dudit second gyroscope. Ledit premier gyroscope et ledit second gyroscope permettent de déterminer correctement les positions droite et gauche des roues du véhicule. Si un gyroscope à deux axes est installé sur les quatre roues dudit véhicule, il est possible de déterminer lesdites positions gauche et droite ainsi que les positions avant et arrière, et de simplifier ainsi la totalité de la structure.
