The film is selectively permeable to water vapor but not permeable to water. The film can be bonded to a woven or non-woven substrate to produce a breathable fabric. La présente invention concerne un film multicouche respirant avec au moins une couche contenant une résine perméable à l'air, telle que des copolymères séquencés avec des blocs de polyéther, et une couche contenant un souple (Tg < 0°C, tel que des polyoléfines. Le film est sélectivement perméable à la vapeur d'eau mais pas perméable à l'eau. Le film peut être fixé à un substrat tissé ou non-tissé pour produire un textile respirant.
