Provided is an egg collecting machine (1) configured so that the rolling of hen eggs (3) toward a centralized egg collecting conveyor (7) is assisted in a roll-out region (a) to save the labor of cleaning and maintenance work. The conveying and rolling device (8) of the egg collecting machine (1) is provided with: an endless conveyor (11) having at at least a part thereof a vertical path (ß) and rotationally driven; a rotation support section (13) for supporting the rotation of the endless conveyor (11); hen egg placement sections (6) attached at equal intervals to the endless conveyor (11) and holding hen eggs (3) placed thereon; a roll-out mechanism section (15) provided with a start point-side roll-out support section (37) and an end point-side roll-out support section (41) and changing the path of the endless conveyor (11) to an oblique path to tilt the hen egg placement sections (6), causing the hen eggs (3) to roll out; and discharge plates (16, 17) provided so as to protrude from the end point-side rotating shaft of the end point-side roll-out support section (41), the discharge plates (16, 17) operating in association with the rotation of the end point-side rotating shaft and making contact near the end-point position with hen eggs (3), which have not been caused to roll out and which are located on the hen egg placement section (6),to push out the hen eggs (3) toward the centralized egg collecting conveyor (7). L'invention concerne une machine (1) de collecte d'oeufs configurée de façon à ce que le roulement des oeufs de poule (3) en direction d'un dispositif de transport (7) de collecte d'oeufs centralisé soit facilité au niveau d'une région d'expulsion (a) en vue d'alléger les opérations de nettoyage et d'entretien. Le dispositif (8) d'acheminement et d'expulsion de la machine (1) de collecte d'oeufs comprend : un dispositif de transport (11) continu comportant, au niveau d'au moins une partie de celui-ci, un trajet vertical (ß) et étant entraîné en rotation ; une section (13) de support en rotation assurant un support pour la rotation du dispositif de transport (11) continu ; des sections (6) de réception d'oeuf de poule fixées à intervalles égaux au dispositif de transport (11) continu et maintenant les oeufs de poule (3) reçus ; une section (15) de mécanisme d'expulsion dotée d'une section (37) de support d'expulsion côté position initiale et d'une section (41) de support d'expulsion côté position finale et changeant le trajet du dispositif de transport (11) continu en un trajet oblique de façon à incliner les sections (6) de réception d'oeuf de poule, ceci amenant les oeufs de poule (3) à être expulsés ; et des plaques d'éjection (16, 17) disposées de manière à faire saillie à partir de l'arbre rotatif côté position finale de la section (41) de support d'expulsion côté position finale, les plaques d'éjection (16, 17) fonctionnant en association avec la rotation de l'arbre rotatif côté position finale et entrant en contact, à proximité de la position finale, avec les oeufs de poule (3), qui n'ont pas été expulsés et se trouvent sur la section (6) de réception d'oeuf de poule, de façon à pousser lesdits oeufs de poule (3) en direction du dispositif de transport (7) de collecte d'oeufs centralisé.
