The present invention is capable of achieving improvement of usability for a user in a voice recording device. This voice recording device is provided with: a microphone for collecting the sound of a voice in order to output the voice as a first voice signal; a wireless communication unit for performing wireless communication with a telephone; a caller information acquisition unit for acquiring from the telephone, in a state in which communication has been established between the wireless communication unit and the telephone, caller information indicating a caller when a call has arrived at the telephone; a voice signal reception unit for receiving a second voice signal on the basis of a voice from a caller via the telephone; a recording instruction reception unit for receiving a recording instruction in a state in which communication has been established with the telephone; and a recording unit for recording into memory, in response to the recording instruction, first data based upon the first voice signal and second data based upon the second voice signal. La présente invention est apte à parvenir à une amélioration de la facilité d'emploi pour un utilisateur dans un dispositif d'enregistrement de voix. Ce dispositif d'enregistrement de voix comporte : un microphone pour collecter le son d'une voix de façon à émettre la voix sous la forme d'un premier signal vocal ; une unité de communication sans fil pour réaliser une communication sans fil avec un téléphone ; une unité d'acquisition d'informations d'appelant pour acquérir, à partir du téléphone, dans un état dans lequel une communication a été établie entre l'unité de communication sans fil et le téléphone, des informations d'appelant indiquant un appelant lorsqu'un appel est arrivé au niveau du téléphone ; une unité de réception de signal vocal pour recevoir un second signal vocal sur la base d'une voix provenant d'un appelant par l'intermédiaire du téléphone ; une unité de réception d'instructions d'enregistrement pour recevoir une instruction d'enregistrement dans un état dans lequel une communication a été établie avec le téléphone ; et une unité d'enregistrement pour enregistrer dans une mémoire, en réponse à l'instruction d'enregistrement, des premières données sur la base du premier signal vocal et des secondes données sur la base du second signal vocal.
