Summary:The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing fenofibrate as an active ingredient for the prevention of sepsis, wherein the fenofibrate has been used as a hyperlipidemia therapeutic agent. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is useful for the prevention of sepsis by suppressing the secretion of cytokine by sepsis and remarkably increasing survival rates. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant du fénofibrate en tant que principe actif pour la prévention de la sepsie, ledit fénofibrate étant utilisé en tant qu'agent thérapeutique de l'hyperlipidémie. La composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention est utile dans la prévention de la sepsie, car elle supprime la sécrétion de cytokine en cas de sepsie et permet une augmentation remarquable des taux de survie.
