L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage en cas de précipitation sur une surface d'une vitre comportant la vaporisation de la précipitation aux ultrasons. Par exemple, un pare-brise de véhicule (10) a des transducteurs (1-8) répartis autour du bord et reliés au pare-brise à des fins d'insonification de celui-ci. Les transducteurs sont excités par un système d'entraînement (11 -14 et 121).
