La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour construire une structure sous l'eau, lequel procédé comprend une étape de disposition de tôle d'acier pour disposer une tôle d'acier (100) au fond d'une rivière (1) ou d'une voie d'eau; et une étape de disposition de structure pour disposer une structure (200) à la surface supérieure de la tôle d'acier (100). Par conséquent, l'invention peut réduire les coûts et le temps nécessaire.
