The present invention relates to a flexible transparent film and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a flexible transparent film used for solar cells which has a low moisture rate and a low oxygen permeation rate by forming an inorganic layer which is coated with metal compounds and naturally cured by being reacted with moisture in the air, and a manufacturing method thereof. Cette invention concerne un film transparent souple et son procédé de production, et plus spécifiquement, un film transparent souple utilisé pour des cellules solaires, ledit film transparent souple ayant un bas taux d'humidité et un bas taux de perméation d'oxygène par formation d'une couche inorganique qui est revêtue de composés métalliques et durcie de manière naturelle par réaction avec l'humidité contenue dans l'air ; et son procédé de production.
