La présente invention concerne les dérivés d'indole de formule (I), dans laquelle R1-R6 et X sont tels que définis dans les revendications et les antipodes optiques ou les racémates et/ou les sels de ceux-ci qui sont des antagonistes sélectifs de la bradykinine B1, un procédé de fabrication de ces composés, des compositions pharmacologiques les contenant et leur utilisation en thérapie ou en prévention d'états douloureux et inflammatoires.
