The present invention relates to a pumped-storage power-generating structure, comprising: a top water reservoir (10) formed in a hilly area to store pumped water; a penstock (20) for downward water flow from the top water reservoir (10); a cutoff member (200) which blocks a portion of the water flow to form a power-generating flow channel (a); and a water wheel (100) installed in the power-generating flow channel (a) such that the entirety or a portion of the water wheel (100) is exposed. According to the present invention, the loss of energy may be minimized and power generation may be performed over a long period of time. La présente invention concerne une structure de génération d'énergie à accumulation par pompage, comportant : un réservoir supérieur (10) d'eau formé dans une zone vallonnée pour stocker de l'eau pompée ; une conduite forcée (20) servant à l'écoulement descendant d'eau en provenance du réservoir supérieur (10) d'eau ; un organe (200) de coupure qui bloque une partie de l'écoulement d'eau de façon à former un conduit (a) d'écoulement pour génération d'énergie ; et une roue hydraulique (100) installée sur le conduit (a) d'écoulement pour génération d'énergie de telle sorte que la totalité ou une partie de la roue hydraulique (100) soit exposée. La présente invention permet de minimiser la perte d'énergie et d'effectuer la génération d'énergie sur une longue période.
