The present invention relates to a wooden barrel for storing liquid consumables, wherein the objectives of the invention are overcoming the drawbacks of oak barrels of the prior art and preventing leakage and enabling long-term storage while retaining the scent and taste of wooden planks and pine, the objectives being achieved by manufacturing a wooden barrel capable of storing liquid consumables by means of inserting planks in a front rim, rear rim, and connecting bar of the wooden barrel, respectively, which fill the inner vessel and frame thereof. To achieve the above objectives, the wooden barrel of the present invention comprises: a wooden barrel frame including a front rim and rear rim having an annular cross-section connected by a connecting bar; a plurality of wooden barrel front planks each formed so as to have a polyhedral cross-section and a surface contacting another plank on the front rim of the wooden barrel frame in a leak-proof manner; a plurality of wooden barrel rear planks each formed so as to have a polyhedral cross-section and a surface contacting another plank on the rear rim of the wooden barrel frame in a leak-proof manner; a plurality of wooden barrel side planks each formed so as to have a polyhedral cross-section and a surface contacting another plank, either end thereof being arranged on the rear surface of the front rim and the front surface of the rear rim, respectively, wherein one of the wooden barrel side planks defines a filling hole through which liquid consumables can be fed into the wooden barrel for storage; a hoop that encloses, at both ends, the outer peripheries of the plurality of wooden barrel side planks so as to prevent the plurality of wooden barrel side planks from swelling on account of the liquid consumables stored therein and disengaging from the front and rear rims; and a front support bar and rear support bar disposed at the front ends of the front and rear rims, respectively, wherein both ends thereof are fixed by screws to the front and rear rims so as to prevent the plurality of wooden front and rear planks from swelling on account of the liquid consumables stored therein and disengaging from the front and rear rims. The plurality of wooden barrel front rims, wooden barrel rear rims, and wooden barrel side rims have the scent and taste of wood, and have a pine resin solution dissolved in alcohol and coated on the surfaces thereof or filled in the inner vessels thereof to prevent leakage. La présente invention porte sur un fût en bois pour stocker des produits consommables liquides, les objectifs de l'invention étant de remédier aux inconvénients de fûts en chêne selon l'état de la technique et d'empêcher les fuites et de permettre un stockage à long terme tout en conservant le parfum et le goût du pin et des planches en bois, lesquels objectifs sont atteints par la fabrication d'un fût en bois apte à stocker des produits consommables liquides par l'insertion de planches dans une bordure avant, une bordure arrière et une barre de liaison du fût en bois, respectivement, qui remplissent la cuve interne et son cadre. A cet effet, la présente invention porte sur un fût en bois, qui comprend : un cadre de fût en bois comprenant une bordure avant et une bordure arrière ayant une section transversale annulaire reliées par une barre de liaison ; une pluralité de planches avant de fût en bois formées chacune de façon à avoir une section transversale polyédrique et une surface venant en contact avec une autre planche sur la bordure avant du cadre de fût en bois d'une manière étanche vis-à-vis des fuites ; une pluralité de planches arrière de fût en bois formées chacune de façon à avoir une section transversale polyédrique et une surface venant en contact avec une autre planche sur la bordure arrière du cadre de fût en bois d'une manière étanche vis-à-vis des fuites ; une pluralité de planches latérales de fût en bois formées chacune de façon à avoir une section transversale polyédrique et une surface venant en contact avec une autre planche, chacune de leurs extrémités étant disposée sur la surface arrière de la bordure avant et sur la surface avant de la bordure arrière, respectivement, l'une des planches latérales de fût en bois définissant un trou de remplissage à travers lequel des produits consommables liquides peuvent être introduits à l'intérieur du fût en bois pour le stockage ; un cerclage qui renferme, aux deux extrémités, les périphéries externes de la pluralité de planches latérales de fût en bois de façon à empêcher la pluralité de planches latérales de fût en bois de gonfler du fait des produits consommables liquides stockés à l'intérieur de celui-ci et de se désengager des bordures avant et arrière ; et une barre de support avant et une barre de support arrière disposées aux extrémités avant des bordures avant et arrière, respectivement, leurs deux extrémités étant fixées par des vis aux bordures avant et arrière de façon à empêcher la pluralité de planches avant et arrière en bois de gonfler du fait des produits consommables liquides stockés à l'intérieur de celles-ci et de se désengager des bordures avant et arrière. La pluralité de bordures avant du fût en bois, de bordures arrière du fût en bois et de bordures latérales du fut en bois ont le parfum et le goût du bois, et ont une solution de résine de pin dissoute dans de l'alcool et revêtant leurs surfaces, ou remplissant leur cuves internes de façon à empêcher des fuites.
