L'invention porte sur une approche pour l'identification et le mappage de contenu. Une plateforme de mappage de contenu reçoit un échantillon de contenu et détermine d'identifier le contenu sur la base, au moins en partie, de l'échantillon. La plateforme de mappage de contenu détermine ensuite d'initier un transfert du contenu, des informations apparentées au contenu, un autre contenu apparenté au contenu, un aperçu du contenu, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci à un dispositif sur la base, au moins en partie, de l'identification.
