Summary:The present invention relates to a method for setting up a network for an application executed on an IPTV receiver, and the IPTV receiver using same. The method comprises: downloading an application that is executed in a declarative application environment (DAE); initiating the downloaded application; acquiring the address of a gateway connected to the IPTV receiver; requesting the connected gateway for port mapping for communication between the application and an external network; and operating the application by using the port that has been mapped pursuant to the request. La présente invention concerne un procédé de réglage du réseau d'une application s'exécutant sur un récepteur IPTV, ainsi que le récepteur IPTV utilisant le procédé. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à : télécharger une application qui est exécutée dans un environnement déclaratif d'application (DAE) ; lancer l'application téléchargée ; acquérir l'adresse d'une passerelle connectée au récepteur IPTV ; demander à la passerelle connectée une conversion de ports pour la communication entre l'application et un réseau externe ; et exploiter l'application en utilisant le port converti suite à la demande.
