La présente invention concerne un virus auxiliaire dérivé d'adénovirus comprenant les séquences d'ADN adénovirales pour E2a, S4 (orf6), le gène à ARN VAI, et l'unité de gène de capside de parvovirus VP. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation efficace d'un parvovirus (particule) recombinant qui est basé sur l'utilisation de différents virus/vecteurs auxiliaires dérivés d'adénovirus.
