The present invention relates to protein complexes based on AN3-interactors, more specifically interactors that are plant variants subunits of the SWI/SNF complex, and proteins that interact with those subunits, preferably in an AN3 free protein complex. It relates further to the use of the complexes to promote plant growth, and to a method for stimulating the complex formation, by overexpressing at least one, preferably at least two members of a complex. La présente invention concerne des complexes de protéines basés sur des interacteurs avec AN3, notamment des interacteurs qui sont des sous-unités de variants végétaux du complexe SWI/SNF; et des protéines d'interaction avec ces sous-unités, de préférence dans un complexe de protéines exempt de AN3. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de ces complexes pour stimuler la croissance de végétaux, et un procédé stimulant la formation du complexe par surexpression d'au moins un, de préférence au moins deux éléments d'un complexe.
