Disclosed is a process for producing an aqueous cosmetic preparation containing (A) a primary amine, a secondary amine, a tertiary amine, or a quaternary amine having 12 to 60 carbon atoms in total, (B) an anionic polymer having a carboxyl group, and (C) water, the aqueous cosmetic preparation being characterized by containing liquid crystals composed of the components (A), (B), and (C). The production process involves: mixing the components (A), (B), and (C); heating the mixture to a temperature equal to or above the melting point of the component (A); homogenizing the mixture; and neutralizing the component (B) with the component (A) to produce a salt thereof. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une préparation cosmétique aqueuse contenant: (A) une amine primaire, une amine secondaire, une amine tertiaire, ou une amine quaternaire portant au total 12 à 60 atomes de carbone; (B) un polymère anionique possédant un groupe carboxyle; et (C) de l'eau. La préparation cosmétique se caractérise en ce qu'elle contient des cristaux liquides composés des constituants (A), (B) et (C). Le procédé de production consiste à mélanger les constituants (A), (B) et (C); à chauffer le mélange à une température égale ou supérieure au point de fusion du constituant (A); à homogénéiser le mélange; et à neutraliser le constituant (B) avec le constituant (A) pour en tirer un sel.
