The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide, and particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor antagonist) and hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic). The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention, having a compound containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (an inactive water soluble polymer) primarily coated on a telmisartan core, and a compound of hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic) and polyvinylpyrrolidone secondarily coated thereon, can have a good diuretic dissolution rate, and is significantly smaller and lighter than commercial drugs of the prior art, so that administering dosages to patients can be easier, and the composition can be effectively used in the medical industry. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant du telmisartan et de l'hydrochlorothiazide. Plus précisément, l'invention porte sur une composition pharmaceutique qui contient du telmisartan (un antagoniste des récepteurs de l'angiotensine II) et de l'hydrochlorothiazide (un diurétique). La composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention comporte un composé contenant de la polyvinylpyrrolidone (un polymère soluble dans l'eau inactif) qui recouvre en premier un noyau de telmisartan, et un composé d'hydrochlorothiazide (un diurétique) et de polyvinylpyrrolidone le recouvrant ensuite. Ladite composition peut présenter une bonne vitesse de dissolution diurétique, et est sensiblement plus légère et d'une taille sensiblement plus petite que les médicaments commerciaux de l'état de la technique ; ainsi, l'administration de posologies à des patients peut être facilitée, et la composition peut être utilisée efficacement dans l'industrie médicale.
