The present invention relates to a mortar for use in the interior and exterior coating of construction systems, comprising phase change material (PCM) microcapsules together with a lime binder and other auxiliary materials. The invention also concerns a process for the preparation of these mortars by blending the PCM microcapsules with the binder and other auxiliary products, in a mixing machine. The mortars, according to the invention, are used in the interior and exterior coating of construction systems, in order to save energy. La présente invention concerne des mortiers trouvant une application dans le revêtement intérieur et extérieur de systèmes de construction, et comprenant des microcapsules de matériaux à changement de phase (MCP), conjointement avec un liant à base de chaux et d'autres matériaux auxiliaires. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation desdits mortiers par mélange des microcapsules de MCP avec le liant et d'autres produits auxiliaires, dans une machine à mélanger. Le mortier selon l'invention est utilisé dans le revêtement intérieur et extérieur de systèmes de construction en vue d'une économie d'énergie. A presente invenção diz respeito a argamassas, para aplicação no revestimento interior e exterior de sistemas construtivos, que compreende microcápsulas de materiais de mudança de fase (PCM), juntamente com um ligante a base de cal e outros materiais auxiliares. A invenção diz também respeito a um processo para a preparação das referidas argamassas por mistura das microcápsulas de PCM com o ligante e outros produtos auxiliares, numa máquina misturadora. A argamassa de acordo com a invenção é utilizada no revestimento interior e exterior de sistemas construtivos, com o objectivo de poupar energia.
