Summary:The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions with activity against disorders of urogenital system of mammals which comprises a zinc-hyaluronan complex as active ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or additive. The process for the preparation of said pharmaceutical compositions as well as the therapeutic use thereof for the treatment and prevention of diseases associated with abnormalities and deficiencies of glucosaminoglycan (GAG) layer in the urogenital system in mammals and a kit comprising zinc hyaluronate solution, a catheter which is applicable to intravesical administration and optionally a balloon which is applicable to bladder dillatation are also within the scope of the invention. L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques qui permettent de lutter contre les troubles du système urogénital de mammifères, ces compositions comprenant un complexe zinc-hyaluronane comme ingrédient actif et un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable et/ou un additif. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces compositions pharmaceutiques, ainsi que leurs utilisations thérapeutiques dans le traitement et la prévention de maladies liées à des anomalies et des déficiences de la couche de glucosaminoglycane (GAG) du système urogénital chez les mammifères, et un kit comprenant la solution de hyaluronate de zinc, un cathéter pouvant être introduit par voie intravésicale et éventuellement un ballonnet qui peut être utilisé pour dilater la vessie.
