Summary: | The invention relates to multifunctional nanostructures consisting of superparamagnetic magnetoferritin which can also comprise chains of a biocompatible polymer covalently bound to the surface thereof. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining said nanostructures, as well as to the use thereof as a drug, preferably for the diagnosis of cancer or as a contrast agent.
Nanoestructuras multifuncionales que consisten en magnetoferritina superparamagnética, que además puede comprender cadenas de un polímerobiocompatible covalentemente unidas su superficie. La invención también se refiere a un método para obtener dichas nanoestructuras, así como a su uso como medicamento y más preferiblemente para la diagnosis de cáncer o como agente de contraste.
