The invention also relates to a method for obtaining said nanostructures, as well as to the use thereof as a drug, preferably for the diagnosis of cancer or as a contrast agent. Nanoestructuras multifuncionales que consisten en magnetoferritina superparamagnética, que además puede comprender cadenas de un polímerobiocompatible covalentemente unidas su superficie. La invención también se refiere a un método para obtener dichas nanoestructuras, así como a su uso como medicamento y más preferiblemente para la diagnosis de cáncer o como agente de contraste. La présente invention concerne des nanostructures multifonctionnelles composées de magnétoferritine superparamagnétique pouvant également comprendre des chaînes d'un polymère biocompatible liées par liaison covalente à sa surface. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé permettant d'obtenir lesdites nanostructures, ainsi que leur utilisation comme médicament, de préférence pour le diagnostic d'un cancer, ou comme agent de contraste.
