The capsule (1) for containing a product, particularly for preparing a food beverage, comprises a bottom (2), a side wall (3) and a cover (4) which delimit a closed chamber (5) for containing said product, the cover (4} having an outer region (7) circumscribing an inner region (10) moveable in relation to said outer region (7) for opening an inlet way (9) for a fluid into said chamber (5) through said cover (4), said chamber (5) having internally a punch (6) apt to share at least partially the displacement of said inner region (10) of said cover (4) for the opening of an outlet way (14) for said fluid from said chamber (5) through said bottom (2). La capsule (1) destinée à contenir un produit, en particulier destinée à préparer une boisson, comprend un fond (2), une paroi latérale (3) et un couvercle (4) qui délimitent une chambre fermée (5) destinée à contenir ledit produit, le couvercle (4) comportant une région extérieure (7) circonscrivant une région intérieure (10) mobile par rapport à ladite région extérieure (7) pour ouvrir une voie d'entrée (9) pour un fluide jusque dans ladite chambre (5) à travers ledit couvercle (4), ladite chambre (5) contenant un poinçon (6) approprié pour partager au moins en partie le déplacement de ladite région intérieure (10) dudit couvercle (4) pour l'ouverture d'une voie de sortie (14) pour ledit fluide depuis ladite chambre (5) à travers ledit fond (2).
