Disclosed is a power supply controller which is provided with: a power supply unit; a power supply control unit connected to the power supply unit; a start-up switch which can perform switching between a first state and a second state; a power supply switch which can perform switching between the first state and the second state; a control unit connected to the power supply switch; and a functional unit which performs predetermined operations. The power supply control unit controls the power supply unit to supply power to the control unit in the case where the power supply switch and/or the start-up switch is in the first state. The power supply controller does not malfunction even if the start-up switch malfunctions, and the power supply unit is not wastefully used. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande pour bloc d'alimentation comportant un bloc d'alimentation ; une unité de commande pour bloc d'alimentation reliée au bloc d'alimentation ; un interrupteur de mise en marche capable de faire basculer le dispositif d'un premier état à un second état ; un interrupteur d'alimentation capable d'assurer le basculement entre le premier état et le second état ; une unité de commande reliée à l'interrupteur d'alimentation ; et une unité fonctionnelle chargée de la mise en oeuvre d'opérations prédéterminées. L'unité de commande d'alimentation amène le bloc d'alimentation à fournir de l'électricité à l'unité de commande dans le cas où l'interrupteur d'alimentation et/ou l'interrupteur de mise en marche sont dans le premier état. Le dispositif de commande pour bloc d'alimentation ne dysfonctionne pas même si l'interrupteur de mise en marche dysfonctionne et le bloc d'alimentation n'est donc pas utilisé en vain.
