The present application relates to a method for preparing olefin-based segmented copolymers through reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT), wherein the method comprises: a step of polymerizing vinyl-based monomers through reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) using a trithiocarbonate-based chain transfer agent to synthesize vinyl-based polymers; and a step of grafting the synthesized vinyl-based polymers to olefin-based polymers. The method of the present invention successfully synthesizes olefin-based segmented copolymers through the two simple above-described steps. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de copolymères segmentés à base d'oléfine par transfert de chaîne à addition-fragmentation réversible (RAFT). Le procédé comprend: une étape de polymérisation de monomères à base de vinyle par un transfert de chaîne par addition-fragmentation réversible (RAFT) au moyen d'un agent de transfert de chaîne à base de trithiocarbonate pour synthétiser les polymères à base de vinyle; et une étape de greffe des polymères à base de vinyle synthétisés sur des polymères à base d'oléfine. Le procédé de la présente invention permet de synthétiser avec succès des copolymères segmentés à base d'oléfine au moyen des deux étapes décrites ci-dessus.
