The insulation gas is a CO2 gas or a gas comprising a CO2 gas as the main component. The zeolite (20) is contained in a zeolite case (21) and is placed under an insulation gas atmosphere. CO2 is adsorbed on the zeolite (20) before use of the gas insulation apparatus. La présente invention concerne un appareil à isolation gazeuse (par exemple, un disjoncteur à gaz), comprenant une unité haute tension, une zéolite (20), et un gaz d'isolation dans une enceinte close (10). Le gaz d'isolation est du CO2, ou un gaz comprenant du CO2 comme composant principal. La zéolite (20) est contenue dans une enveloppe de zéolite (21), et est placée sous une atmosphère gazeuse d'isolation. Le CO2 est adsorbé sur la zéolite (20) avant utilisation de l'appareil à isolation gazeuse.
