L'invention porte sur un procédé pour le revêtement de composants micromécaniques d'un système micromécanique, en particulier d'un mouvement de montre, comprenant : l'obtention d'un composant substrat devant être revêtu; l'application sur ledit composant d'un revêtement de diamant; la conductivité dudit revêtement de diamant étant accrue afin de réduire l'attraction de poussière par le composant revêtu lorsqu'il est utilisé dans ledit système micromécanique. L'invention porte également sur des composants et systèmes micromécaniques correspondants. |
