The invention relates, in general, to a breast prosthesis having a position indicator and a textured base and including a peripheral ring. In particular, the invention comprises a breast prosthesis including a cover or shell with a hollow interior and made from an elastic material, whereby the front face of said cover forms a dome and the rear face thereof forms the base, thereby forming a body having a similar shape to that of the female breast, which body is filled and sealed and includes a symmetrically centred tip on the dome. Said tip serves as a guide point positioning element in order to facilitate the positioning of the implant inside the breast pocket during implantation. In addition, the base has a different texture to that of the surface of the dome in order to improve adhesion to the base of the breast pocket. The invention further includes a peripheral reinforcing ring which encircles and seals the intersection between the dome and the base, with the purpose of strengthening the points subjected to the most stress during implantation, in order to reduce any loss of projection of the implants while inside the breast pocket. Esta invenci?n relaciona generalmente con una pr?tesis mamaria con indicador de posici?n y base texturizada que incluye un anillo perimetral. Particularmente, la invenci?n comprende una pr?tesis mamaria construida a partir de una cubierta o envolvente con cavidad interior, a base de un material elastico, que tiene una cara anterior que conforma un domo y una cara posterior que conforma la base, cuerpo de configuraci?n que asemeja el seno femenino que esta lleno y cerrado de forma estanca, que incluye un cresta centrada simetricamente sobre el domo cuya finalidad es de elemento posicionador de punto de guía, con el fin de facilitar la ubicaci?n del implante dentro del bolsillo mamario durante la implantaci?n, incluyendo adicionalmente en la base una configuraci?n de texturizaci?n diferente a la superficie del domo para mejorar la adherencia a la base del bolsillo mamario, incluyendo tambien un anillo de refuerzo perimetral que cierra y rodea la intersecci?n entre el domo y la base, disenado con el fin de mejorar los puntos que mas esfuerzo que atienden en la implantaci?n, para disminuir la perdida de proyecci?n de los implantes durante el tiempo de permanencia dentro del bolsillo mamario. De manière générale, l'invention concerne une prothèse mammaire avec indicateur de position et base texturée comprenant un anneau périmétrique. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne une prothèse mammaire consistant en une couverture ou enveloppe avec cavité intérieure, à base d'une matière élastique, qui présente une face antérieure formant un dôme et une face postérieure formant la base, un corps structurant ressemblant au sein d'une femme, rempli et fermé de manière étanche, qui présente une crête centrée symétriquement sur le dôme, et dont la finalité est de servir d'élément positionneur de point de guidage, en vue de faciliter la mise en place de l'implant dans la poche mammaire pendant l'implantation, la base présentant en outre une structure de texturation différente de celle de la surface du dôme pour améliorer l'adhérence à la base de la poche mammaire, un anneau de renfort périmétrique étant par ailleurs utilisé pour fermer et entourer l'intersection entre le dôme et la base, en vue de renforcer les points subissant le plus d'effort pendant l'implantation, ce qui permet de réduire la perte de projection des implants durant leur séjour à l'intérieur de la poche mammaire.
